1 Definitions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 555qq platform and its users ("Members"). By creating an account on 555qq, accessing the site, or using any of its services, a Member is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the 555qq website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
• "Member" refers to any person registered on 555qq.
• "Account Balance" refers to the amount of Bangladeshi Taka held in a Member's wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to additional money granted as part of a promotion, which may be withdrawn after specific wagering conditions are met.
• "Wagering" refers to the process of placing bets with a bonus the required number of times before any winnings from that bonus become withdrawable.
• "Net Loss" refers to the amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

1.2 Scope of Applicability

These Terms apply to all 555qq services — slot games, live casino, sports betting, virtual sports, and other gaming products. In addition, separate specific rules may exist for various sections of 555qq, which will apply alongside these general Terms.

2 Account Registration and Management

To create a valid account on 555qq, each Member must provide accurate and up-to-date information. 555qq reserves the right to suspend at any time any account created on the basis of incomplete or false information.

2.1 Registration Conditions

1. Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being cancelled.
2. The name, mobile number, and other identity details provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
3. It is entirely the Member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
4. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the 555qq support team must be notified immediately.
5. Accounts are non-transferable — no third party may be allowed to use the account.

2.2 Identity Verification

555qq may verify a Member's identity before processing a withdrawal request. As part of this process, the Member may be asked to submit a national identity card or other acceptable documents. Failure to complete verification may result in the transaction being temporarily held.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

Members must be at least 21 years old to participate in any 555qq service. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Additional Eligibility Conditions

• Members must be located in Bangladesh and must comply with applicable Bangladeshi law.
• The platform may not be used from any country or region where online gaming is prohibited.
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded due to mental health or addiction issues may not use the account.

4 Deposit and Payment Rules

Deposits on 555qq can be made through three mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. As these are the most widely used mobile wallets in Bangladesh, transactions are fast and straightforward.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka) — the same for each payment method.
2. Deposits must be made only from a mobile wallet registered in the Member's own name. Using another person's account may result in funds being held and the account being cancelled.
3. If a deposit does not go through, the Member should first check the transaction history on their mobile wallet and contact the support team if needed.
4. 555qq reserves the right to review deposited funds if they are suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity.

5 Withdrawal Rules

Specified conditions must be met to withdraw funds from the account balance. All withdrawal requests are processed through the same payment method used for the deposit.

5.1 Main Withdrawal Conditions

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
2. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
3. To withdraw winnings from bonus funds, the specified wagering conditions must be met — the portion related to the bonus will not be withdrawable until those conditions are fulfilled.
4. Withdrawal requests may be temporarily placed on hold while an identity verification process is ongoing.
5. Withdrawals may only be made to a mobile wallet registered in the Member's own name.

5.2 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

A withdrawal request may be rejected or suspended in the following circumstances:

• Account verification is incomplete.

• Evidence of operating multiple accounts has been found.

6 Bonus and Promotion Terms

555qq offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific wagering conditions and a validity period that Members must read carefully before claiming.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200 — to withdraw the bonus portion, wagering of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be completed.

6.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly 555qq Reload: Up to 30% of the deposit, maximum ৳5,000, wagering 15 times, minimum deposit ৳200. Can be claimed once per week on any working day.
• 555qq Slot Festival Bonus: Up to 50% of the deposit, maximum ৳8,000, wagering 20 times, minimum deposit ৳200. Applies to slot game deposits only and can be claimed once per day.
• Birthday Special Reward: Up to ৳2,000, wagering 10 times. Must be claimed once during the Member's birthday month.
• Refer a Friend Bonus: Up to ৳3,000, wagering 12 times. Can be claimed after each successful referral and takes effect after the referred friend's first deposit.
• Friday Cricket Special Offer: Up to 40% of the deposit, maximum ৳6,000, wagering 18 times, minimum deposit ৳200. Can be claimed once every Friday for cricket betting only.

6.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

1. A bonus is not free money — winnings linked to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions are met.
2. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — the next bonus may only be claimed after wagering on the current one is complete.
3. If conditions are not met within the set time limit for claiming a bonus, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled.
4. Any attempt to earn bonuses by exploiting system errors or bugs will result in all related winnings being cancelled.

7 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

555qq is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games on the platform are powered by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which keeps every result completely unbiased and random.

7.1 Member Responsibilities

• Stay attentive while playing and place bets within your means.
• Using automated software or bots to influence game outcomes is prohibited.

• Collusion with other Members in any game to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.

7.2 VIP Program

555qq has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate — cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

For example: a Gold Member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. The specific criteria for moving to a higher tier can be found in the VIP section of the platform.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 555qq platform. Violating these rules may result in account cancellation, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

8.1 List of Prohibited Activities

1. Money laundering: Using 555qq as a means to legitimise illegal funds.
2. Bots and automation: Using automated software to control game outcomes or betting patterns.
3. Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account for the purpose of obtaining bonuses or other benefits.
4. Bonus abuse: Deliberately exploiting loopholes in bonus terms.
5. Fraudulent payments: Filing chargeback claims or using false payment information.
6. Collusion: Working with other Members to manipulate game outcomes in your favour.
7. Underage gambling: Playing or managing an account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

9 Account Suspension and Closure Rules

555qq may temporarily or permanently close any account for the reasons below, without prior notice.

9.1 Grounds for Account Suspension

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Members who wish to close their account can contact the 555qq support team. Before the account is closed, members will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance; however, any bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be cancelled.

12 Right to Amend Terms & Conditions

555qq reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be given as much advance notice as possible for significant changes.
